A fixed amount discount bonus takes a set currency amount off a client's services when they redeem points. It is one of the three reward types in Reward bonuses.
How it works#
Clients earn points from completed appointments (1 point = 1 currency unit). You decide how many points a discount costs and how large it is. The discount does not have to match the points 1:1: 100 points can be worth a $10 discount, or 50 points a $25 discount.
Set up a fixed amount discount#
- Make sure the loyalty program is active.
- In the rewards settings, choose Fixed Amount Discounts as the reward type.
- Set the discount amount and the points it requires.
- Select the services the discount applies to, or all services.
- Save and publish the reward.
Points are usually deducted when a fixed amount discount is redeemed. All other settings are described in Reward bonuses.
